These terms apply when you use HigherLow, the trading journal at higherlow.app ("HigherLow", "we"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use HigherLow.
1. What HigherLow is
HigherLow is a journaling and planning tool for traders: a position size calculator, a trade journal, statistics, risk tools and reminders. It doesn't place trades, hold your money or connect to your exchange account.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing in HigherLow is financial, investment or trading advice. Calculations (position size, fees, funding, liquidation prices, risk of ruin, prop firm limits and others) are estimates based on the numbers you enter and on public market data, and can be wrong or out of date. Check every number with your exchange or prop firm before you trade. Trading crypto futures is risky and you can lose more than you expect. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions and their results.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use HigherLow.
- Give a real email address and keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
- Tell us at info@higherlow.app if you think someone else has access to your account.
4. Your data
Your trades, notes, screenshots and settings are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run HigherLow for you. You can download all of it or delete your account at any time in Settings. How we handle personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
5. Fair use
- Don't try to break, overload or get around the security of HigherLow.
- Don't access other people's accounts or data.
- Don't upload anything illegal or anything you don't have the right to upload.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep HigherLow running and accurate, but it's provided "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. We may change, add or remove features. If we make important changes to these terms, we'll tell you in the app or by email before they apply.
7. Paid plans
If paid plans are introduced, their price, billing and cancellation terms will be shown clearly before you pay. Nothing is charged without your confirmation.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for trading losses, lost profits or decisions made using HigherLow, or for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using HigherLow and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why where we can.
